Scroll Limit gives you control over the speed and repeat threshold of all scrolling controls (such as scroll bars). Changes to settings take effect immediately. You can use the scroll bar above to test the results of different settings.
Scroll Limit will automatically install itself in memory at startup. If you want to prevent Scroll Limit from loading, hold down the Shift key or the mouse button.
